As a Senior Oracle Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and maintaining Oracle databases in a production environment.
- Ensuring database performance, security, and availability.
- Implementing backup and recovery strategies.
- Collaborating with development teams to optimize database queries.
- Troubleshooting database issues and providing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle database administration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle database architecture and performance tuning.
- Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud database solutions.
- Familiarity with database security best practices.
- Knowledge of other database technologies (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).
