What You Bring To The Table
- Hierarchy development, build MEL (minimum equipment list) based on strategic session and client documentation (drawings, P&ID, etc.)
- Development of the parts list:
- Extract data from documentation
- Duplication of parts
- Import and standardize parts
- Correct errors related to documentation
- Establish and present the scope of projects
- Organize kick-off calls and strategic sessions with clients
- Collect and organize documentation
- Development of the asset hierarchy
- Development of the Bill of Material
- Equipment criticality analysis
- Train new team members
- Delegate work to the team
- Review of the work done by the team
- Support for customer questions / requests
Essential Skills And Qualifications To Be Successful
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experience in maintenance and reliability as a planner, reliability specialist or supervisor
- Motivated by wanting to make sense of data
- Experience in project management
- Excellent sense of organization
- Interpersonal skills and facilitate popularization
- Very meticulous
- Experience with SAP, Maximo or other computer assisted maintenance management software (GMAO / EAM / CMMS)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written in French are required. English is considered an asset
