In this role, you will assist customers with their paint and building material needs, providing expert advice and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your contributions will be vital in helping our customers achieve their home improvement goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects.
- Provide knowledgeable advice.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked store.
- Ensure that all products are displayed attractively and safely.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of paint and building material products is preferred but not required.
