DevOps Developer – IaC & PaC: On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a DevOps Developer – IaC & PaC for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

DevOps Developer – IaC & PaC - Job Description: This project involves codifying policies for the Enterprise Policy Engine - Styra, to ensure a consistent and automated application security signoff. The focus is on writing Policy-as-Code for application security scanning tools and deploying these policies to the cloud using DevOps strategies.

DevOps Developer – IaC & PaC - Responsibilities:

• Write Rego Policy-as-Code for application security scanning tools - SAST, DAST, SCA, and MAST
• Write Rego Policy-as-Code for scanning Terraform and Cloud resources
• Write unit tests for these policies and conduct QA activities
• Deploy security policies to the cloud using DevOps strategies and tools
• Integrate policies with Styra policy engine
• Collaborate with cloud security architecture and cloud operations internal teams

DevOps Developer – IaC & PaC - Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years’ experience in Security Engineering, Cloud architecture, Security Operations, DevOps
• 3-5 years’ experience with IaC tool Terraform
• 1-2 years’ experience with PaC tools Styra, Rego
• 3-5 years’ experience with DevOps tools and strategies
• 3-5 years’ hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS)

DevOps Developer – IaC & PaC – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with programming languages (Python, GO, Rego)
• CI/CD tools experience
• CNAPP experience
• Experience from software delivery industry
• Agile experience

DevOps Developer – IaC & PaC – Assignment Length: This is a 6-month contract position.
