What the job involves
- We are seeking an innovative, revenue-focused Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Growth team
- In this pivotal role, you will own our performance marketing program, driving Enterprise pipeline volume through high-impact paid media campaigns across channels
- Through close collaboration with the Sales team, you will launch ABM campaigns, thoughtfully nurturing leads at each touchpoint in the customer journey from first touch to close-won
- Lead and scale high-performing paid media campaigns across search, social, and other emerging digital channels to drive efficient pipeline generation with Enterprise leads
- Own and execute a robust Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap, continuously improving landing pages, messaging, and creative assets to maximize conversion
- Successfully implement and scale targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, boosting enterprise account lead volume and engagement
- Manage campaign tracking, reporting, and forecasting methodologies to ensure data-driven decisions and actionable insights
- Improve inbound ROI through strategic budget management, reducing cost per opportunity, improving pipeline value, and achieving efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Drive continual performance improvement by proactively identifying opportunities based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices
