HOURLY RATE: $22.70
FULL TIME HOURS:
- 5 shifts per week
- Full-Time availability until end of October
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The Lift and Attractions Supervisor will support the Summer Attractions Operators as they ensure the safe operation of the gondola, Ridge Runner, and Cascades putting course. The Supervisor's mandate is to ensure all procedures are followed and standards maintained both the guests and resort staff.
- Assist in the training, coaching, performance measures, performance evaluations, and performance feedback for all reporting employees.
- Assist with the schedules.
- To cultivate team spirit and cooperative work ethics. Sets an example and promotes high quality, friendly and cooperative relationship with guests, lift teams, and all resort staff.
- Assists in the day-to-day activities of the lifts and attractions.
- Responsible for startup/shut down of all lifts and attractions.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Previous customer service and supervisory experience.
- Reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Two or more years of previous lift experience
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
