Key position functions include:
- Handle and control daily work scheduling of service technicians for field jobs and in shop requirements.
- Assist in training all Service Technicians through hands on work in the shop and customer locations.
- Organize and conduct monthly review meetings with the service department.
- Execute HOS, review all inspections, logbooks, and FLRA's of service technicians.
- Assure all company equipment and property is maintained to company expectations.
- Book and schedule service fleet units and employee certifications.
- Perform service tool inventory and service truck inventories as required.
- Participate in on call rotation.
- Conduct repairs for service and fleet requirements.
- Make recommendations to reduce costs and improve efficiencies.
- Ensure all equipment is suitable for intended use and application.
- Assist engineers with product design and running procedures and other field related projects.
- Work closely with Service Supervisor.
- Drive all HSE initiatives in the field and shop along with maintaining 100% compliance on DATS.
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- Service Technician Level 3 qualifications.
- 5 years industry related experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of wellhead products and service industry.
- Strong troubleshooting and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced Stream-Flo product knowledge.
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
