JOB SUMMARY:
Lantic is currently recruiting for the position of Sales & Marketing Coordinator based at our Toronto offices. Reporting to the Director of Sales, Retail and Distribution, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will play a key supporting role in driving commercial success for one of Canada’s most trusted and established food brands. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day sales and marketing activities, supporting customer communication, and helping to drive growth through well-executed marketing initiatives and streamlined internal processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and maintain customer and product master data across various databases;
- Maintain and update customer data and communications in HubSpot CRM;
- Generate reports and performance dashboards for the Sales Manager and leadership team;
- Assist in preparing presentations for customer meetings;
- Provide timely responses to internal customer inquiries, ensuring excellent service and support;
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, product promotions, and customer engagement strategies;
- Support the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, sell sheets, and digital assets;
- Coordinate content updates for the website and social media channels, working with internal teams or external partners;
- Track marketing metrics and campaign results to help assess performance and ROI;
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies;
- Support sales team in the creation of customer commodity contracts;
- Coordinating signatures on commodity & customer agreements/contracts, including maintenance and management of digital filings;
- Manage key travel programs with our preferred partners.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or sales coordination role, preferably in food manufacturing, CPG, or B2B environments;
- Exceptional project management skills;
- Experience with HubSpot CRM or customer relationship management systems;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French is an asset;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) familiarity with graphic design or content management systems is a an asset;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities;
- Ability to travel both domestically & internationally (1-2 times per year). A valid passport is required;
- Sense of urgency & entrepreneurial spirit.
