About the role

Job Description

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth operations and providing support to the team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinating schedules and meetings
  • Assisting with financial reporting and budgeting
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing support to staff and management as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare or retirement living environment
