Job requirements

• process all New and Pre-Owned vehicle sales
• balance accounts daily for accuracy
• ensure all vehicle receivables are in current standing.
• reconcile and clean all schedules pertaining to vehicle sales
• payout liens and post all payments into General Ledger
• reconcile and payout all remittances to sold product on deals

Applicant requirements

• minimum of 1 year of Automotive deal posting experience required
• post-secondary education in accounting or finance
• proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds/OneEighty)
• proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and manage fluctuating priorities
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• a proven commitment to quality of work
