dealerships across Canada. We are currently seeking a permanent Full Time Automotive
Deal Clerk to join our team. Come be a part of a team that values people, community

Job requirements
- process all New and Pre-Owned vehicle sales
- balance accounts daily for accuracy
- ensure all vehicle receivables are in current standing.
- reconcile and clean all schedules pertaining to vehicle sales
- payout liens and post all payments into General Ledger
- reconcile and payout all remittances to sold product on deals
Applicant requirements
- minimum of 1 year of Automotive deal posting experience required
- post-secondary education in accounting or finance
- proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds/OneEighty)
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and manage fluctuating priorities
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- a proven commitment to quality of work
