Job Description
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to patients in a community setting. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' health status.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educating patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
Required Qualifications
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a long-term care or community health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- This position is an independent contractor role, offering flexibility in scheduling.
