JR. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Administrative Assistant to join our Invermere, BC office. This position will focus on document scanning, digital file management, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to build long-term experience in a professional office environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Scanning and digitizing client documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensuring files are accurately labeled, organized, and stored in the appropriate digital locations.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks related to document management.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Ability to commit to 6 hours per day.
- Basic computer skills; experience with scanning equipment is an asset but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents.
