Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, digging, and carrying materials.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic hand tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
