We are now preparing for our upcoming commercial launch. This is an exciting and significant milestone in our journey to bring this ground-breaking technology to patients.
Please note, this opportunity is an onsite work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.
Meaningful work you will be a part of
Your responsibilities will include:
- Schedule and assign tasks for team members
- Direct, mentor and manage performance of the team
- Responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to established procedures, protocols and work instructions.
- Provide training for both new and existing staff, ensuring training records are kept up to date
- Inspect cleaned areas to verify adherence to cleanliness standards and address any gaps immediately.
- Identify improvement opportunities and work with relevant stakeholders to drive change
- Ensure that all relevant documents are completed and signed off with any process deviation recorded
- Escalate any issues, exceptions or deviations to the appropriate department to ensure timely resolution and compliance.
- Ensure employees follow all safety requirements
- Any other tasks as assigned.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a regulated environment
- Additional training or certification in cleaning methods an asset
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train and motivate team
- Physically fit and able to wear a respirator
- Able to lift 25 lbs., perform repetitive motion tasks and stand for long periods
- Must be dependable, flexible and committed to quality and compliance
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Compensation
Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% RRSP contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. For candidates with more or less experience than listed above, the pay range will be adjusted.
As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan.
- $65,000-$75,000 (CAD Annually)
