A Receptionist is the dealerships first point of contact with customers and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and a positive attitude. They will welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and direct their needs to the appropriate department or staff member who may assist them.
This is a full-time position & we would require our candidate to work Monday-Thursday from 8:00am - 4:00pm, as well as Friday shifts from 8:00am -2:00pm.
Job Duties:
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered promptly, courteously and professionally.
- Greet walk-in customers in a friendly manner and assist them as required.
- Receive and document cash/cheques tendered on behalf of sales departments, reconcile daily.
- Track sales calls.
- Maintain an organized work space.
- Maintain employee and department directory.
- Data entry as required.
- General filing as required.
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
- Additional duties as required.
Successful Candidates Possess:

1-3 years relevant experience

Good organizational skills

Outgoing, friendly personality

Problem solving skills

Effective verbal and listening communication skills

Basic computer skills Ability to multi-task

Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
