About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for our clients, helping to manage digital marketing campaigns, communicate performance, and drive client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with our internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social, Content, and Design) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Understand client goals and translate them into actionable digital strategies

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics

Prepare and present monthly performance reports and insights

Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell services

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work

Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously

Comfortable presenting data and strategy to clients

Agency experience is a plus
