Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Rental Coordinator located in Sudbury, ON. The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and orders, coordinating equipment rentals, ensuring customer satisfaction, processing invoicing, and handling heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operations and coordination
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and handling inquiries with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Invoicing and managing rental transactions
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the equipment rental industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in related fields is preferred
