We're looking for an organized, customer-focused, and proactive Service Coordinator to support our high-performing service team.

Position Summary:
As a Service Coordinator, you will serve as a critical link between our customers and the service department. You will be responsible for coordinating appointments, ensuring efficient workflow, and enhancing the overall service experience. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and maintain a customer-first mindset will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm service appointments via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Greet clients and manage the check-in/check-out process.
  • Provide timely updates to clients on vehicle status, including repair timelines and service recommendations.
  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed service records and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Assist with service follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Support warranty and recall appointment coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is a strong asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with dealership management systems (DMS) and scheduling software.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Availability for a full-time schedule, including occasional Saturdays.
