About The Role We’re on the lookout for a Financial Services Manager with a passion for customer service and a head for numbers. You'll oversee the financial services of our Leduc dealership, working closely with both customers and internal teams to drive revenue, promote our financial products, and deliver top-tier service.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by success — both their own and their team’s.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Promote and sell financing and after-market products (insurance, extended warranties, etc.)
- Partner with customers to ensure full understanding of all financial offerings
- Coordinate closely with sales, service, and financial institutions
- Ensure accurate processing of vehicle sales, trade-ins, payments, and financing documents
- Provide training and develop incentive programs for sales staff
- Deliver unit scheduling and maintain regular reporting
- Maintain the highest standards of honesty, compliance, and integrity
Must-Haves What We’re Looking For
- Business/Finance experience (RV, automotive, banking, marine, insurance, or similar)
- Strong sales acumen and a customer-first approach
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Secondary education or equivalent experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the RV industry
- Working knowledge of IDS or similar dealership management systems
