Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
About the role
Applications are now being received for a Temporary Part-Time Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound Technician) to work in the Diagnostic Imaging Department. The successful applicant will be required to work 8 hour days and afternoon shifts, including weekends. Please note, this is a temporary position scheduled to end on or before July 1, 2026.
Education:
- ARDMS Certificate or equivalent;
- ARDMS Registration Ultrasonography;
- Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario required;
Experience:
- Recent related experience is an asset;
Skills/Ability:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to prioritize and adjust workload to accommodate urgent requests;
- Computer skills;
- Able to work independently;
