What You’ll Do as a Red Robin Shift Leader:

Lead the Team with Energy & Enthusiasm – Support and manage restaurant operations during scheduled shifts while setting the standard for fun & hospitality.
Ensure Top-Notch Guest ExperiencesEngage with guests, inspect food & drink quality, and uphold restaurant cleanliness.
Drive Team Success – Motivate, train, and mentor team members to deliver legendary service.
Be a Problem-Solving Pro – Handle guest concerns, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure company standards are always met.
Step into Leadership – This role has a clear development path to Assistant Manager, so if you’re ambitious and ready to grow, this is your chance!

What It Takes to Be a Red Robin Shift Supervisor

Must-Haves to Succeed in This Role:

Leadership Experience: Minimum 1+ years in restaurant supervision capacity (or equivalent hospitality/retail leadership). You’ve led teams, driven results, and created an incredible guest experience.
People-First Mentality: You’re a motivator, mentor, and team builder who knows how to inspire 3**-30 team members** at a time to give their best every shift.
Passion for Service & Hospitality: You understand that hospitality is more than just food—it’s an experience. You know how to create memorable moments for guests and an exceptional workplace culture.
Business Savvy & Sales-Driven: You get the numbers (and we'll help show you the ropes). From labor management to cost control, and driving sales—you know how to drive results and maximize profitability.
Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Whether it’s handling guest concerns, resolving operational challenges, or coaching a team member, you thrive in high-energy environments and make smart decisions fast.
Commitment to Excellence: You hold yourself and your team to the highest standards in food quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand reputation.
