We’re currently on the lookout for a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator
to join our in-house team and take charge of our ecommerce and retail order processing, ensuring every customer receives a package packed with care, delivered with joy, and full of Dough Parlour magic!
Position Overview:
We're looking for a proactive, organized Fulfillment Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting things done right.
In this role, you will be responsible for printing, packing, and preparing both ecommerce and wholesale orders, ensuring each shipment meets the high standards that all Dough Parlour customers know and love.
This is a hands-on position where precision, speed, and care all matter. You’ll be managing shipping labels, coordinating with couriers, and working closely with our Customer Care team to keep everything running smoothly from checkout to doorstep. Whether it’s a single online order or a large retailer shipment, your work plays a key and direct role in delivering a joyful unboxing experience for our customers.
You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team where attention to detail, positivity, and strong collaboration are essential. From daily orders to seasonal rushes, this role suits someone who stays organized, works well with others, and brings a dependable, can-do attitude to every task.

Key Responsibilities:

Print and pack daily ecommerce orders.

Prepare shipping labels and documentation using our internal systems.

Ensure every order meets Dough Parlour’s quality and presentation standards.

Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient.

Work collaboratively with team members on high-volume order days.

Support the Customer Care team with order-related updates or issues.
-
Support inventory checks and communicate low-stock alerts to the team.

Able and comfortable lifting boxes and moving stock. (up to 25-50 lbs /

11 - 22 kg)
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or shipping roles is preferred.

Basic computer skills for label generation and order processing.

Strong communication skills (especially when coordinating with the team and couriers).

Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
Nice to Haves:

Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) or fulfillment software.

Prior work in a DTC product/ecommerce business.

Location: On-site at Dough Parlour HQ in Oakville, ON.

Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday, daytime hours).

Hourly Pay: CAD $20/hr
