Position:

We are looking for a high-performance, results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead onshore international student recruitment for the University of Niagara Falls Canada (UNF). This hybrid role—based in Toronto or Niagara Falls—is designed for a sales-driven individual who thrives on delivering measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of experience recruiting international students in Canada, particularly from Asian markets, with a proven ability to build agent pipelines, convert leads at scale, and consistently exceed enrolment targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales-Driven Recruitment ExecutionOwn and deliver ambitious student recruitment targets for UNF from the onshore international market.Execute fast, ROI-focused recruitment strategies to maximize student enrolments per intake.
  • Agent Performance ManagementActivate and grow a portfolio of high-performing agents across Canada with a strong Asia market focus.Convert agent relationships into results—measured by application quality, conversion, and yield.
  • Lead Conversion & Pipeline OptimizationUse Salesforce and SYS to track, manage, and convert prospects with urgency and precision.Ensure zero lead leakage and high-speed follow-up across all pipeline stages.
  • Local Market PenetrationStrategically target student hotspots, language schools, and pathway providers to generate volume.Represent UNF at onshore events and initiate tactical partnerships to drive conversions.
  • ROI Reporting & Campaign FeedbackDeliver transparent, weekly reporting on performance, forecasts, and cost-effectiveness.Translate field insights into campaign refinement and better yield outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience:5–7 years of experience in international student recruitment in Canada, with a focus on Asia.Demonstrated ability to consistently hit or exceed sales/enrollment targets.Strong existing agency portfolio with trusted recruitment relationships.
  • Skills:Relentless sales mentality—pipeline discipline, negotiation strength, and closing ability.Expert in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.Data- and ROI-driven decision making.
  • Attributes:Self-starter with hustle.Hyper-focused on outcomes.Confident communicator and presenter.Accountable, structured, and committed to excellence.
