Role Description: The Store Support Associate is based at the Guest Services desk and will be responsible for assisting with various ad hoc duties around the store as requested by managers and the Guest Services team. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual who is willing to pitch in when help is needed & take on any task throughout the store. Must have weekend availability. Starting wage range: $17.85 - $19.25

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Perform all customer carry-outs of bulky/heavy product.
  • Assist with other customer services as requested by the Guest Services team i.e. propane exchange, price changes, and customer navigation.
  • Collect shopping carts from parking lot corrals and surrounding area as required.
  • Trained on cash for backup support as needed.
  • Manage all cleanup and spill assistance throughout the store during the day.
  • Assist with daytime stock replenishment as needed.
  • Abides by all health and safety programs and regulations.

  • Physically fit – ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly approachable, customer-oriented individual who thrives in offering exceptional service to customers.
  • Willing to take on any task and pitch in where help is needed.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work in a team environment that provides assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality and solid work ethic.
