As a Lead in Professional Development and Training, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborating with various departments to identify training needs and create tailored solutions.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments.
- Leading a team of training professionals to ensure high-quality delivery of training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training and development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
