They are seeking an experienced District Sales Manager based in Vancouver to support regional business objectives and foster meaningful relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve regional targets through effective territory management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail and distribution partners.
- Monitor market trends, analyze performance, and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales plans with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- University degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in CPG sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated with strong business acumen.
- Can excel in an autonomous & collaborative environment
