About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Senior Private Client Associate . This role is ideal for professionals with a wealth advisory or family office solutions background who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting ultra high-net-worth families.

As a Senior PCA, you will work closely with a Senior Consultant, a Consultant and Associate Consultants to provide comprehensive support across client service, administration, and investment-related activities. You will also contribute to strategic initiatives shaping our firm's future.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

  • Prepare customized materials for client meetings in collaboration with your practice group
  • Respond to client and third-party inquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate and track client meetings and follow-ups
  • Liaise with client families, financial institutions, and service providers to ensure seamless communication and execution

Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and reporting systems
  • Prepare and reconcile client reports using both internal and external data sources
  • Ensure timely and accurate trade execution in coordination with the Client Service Team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy

Investment Introductions

  • Supporting Consultants in addition to the Client Service and Administrative tasks by demonstrating a good understanding of asset classes.
  • The ability to follow along portfolio discussions and assist Consultants with increasing involvement in investment strategy discussions over time.
  • Support the practice group in overall Client Relationship building beyond the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Commitment to complete the Exempt Market Proficiency Exam within 3 months
  • Evidence of commitment to the pursuit of a CFA designation or Chartered Investment Manager (CIM)
  • Demonstrated interest in investment advisory and/or wealth management
