About the role
This position will be responsible for coordinating the efficient maintenance of production and facilities equipment to consistently meet safety, production, quality, cost, and delivery requirements. This will be accomplished by providing guidance and direction to the respective skilled trades and apprentices, reporting and monitoring status of equipment down-time, overseeing TPM, coordination of large equipment installation and contractors. This position will also oversee technical departments including Information Technology & Engineering.
What You’ll Do Team Leadership and Development

Lean Manufacturing & TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

What Is Required
- Post-secondary degree or diploma.
- 5-7 years in a fast-paced unionized automotive manufacturing environment preferred.
- Off-shift support if required
- Effective communication and problem solving skills and a drive to succeed.
