Responsibilities Job Description: As the Operational Risk Analyst for HR in the Americas, you will be responsible for managing operational risks related to human resources. You will develop strategies, identify best practices, and strengthen HR controls to minimize operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Point of Contact: Serve as the liaison for all internal/external audit missions, ensuring follow-up on recommendations and protecting HR data in compliance with regulations.
  • Risk Self-Assessment: Lead the annual risk control self-assessment (RCSA) process and prepare consolidated reports for management.
  • Incident Management: Identify and report potential incidents of operational loss or data breaches, implementing corrective measures.
  • Risk Indicators: Develop and monitor quarterly HR risk indicators, alerting management when risks are elevated and proposing action plans.
  • Committee Participation: Represent HR at monthly operational risk committees, preparing necessary documents to discuss emerging risks.
  • Ongoing Control: Manage the ongoing control program, ensuring controls are executed and proposing improvements for better efficiency.
  • Legal Compliance: Collaborate with the legal department to ensure an up-to-date employee handbook and track new regulations.
  • Conflict of Interest Management: Serve as secretary for the personal relationships review committee, organizing meetings and documenting outcomes.
  • Training and Awareness: Welcome new HR employees and organize training on operational risks and cybersecurity.
  • Process Improvement: Conduct periodic reviews of HR processes, propose enhancements, and ensure compliance with mandatory training.
  • Vendor Management: Work with teams to manage agreements with vendors and ensure timely follow-up on monitoring reviews.
  • Access Control: Manage access rights to HR data and conduct regular access checks.

Required Profile required Required Skills:

  • Technical: Expertise in operational risk management within an HR context, knowledge of audit methodologies, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical: Ability to identify and resolve issues, strong communication skills, results-oriented, and proactive.
  • Interpersonal: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and project management capabilities.
  • Sector Knowledge: Understanding of current and emerging operational HR risks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience,
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

LANGUAGE: Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
