Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Registration and Records, the incumbent is responsible for administration and activity related to the registration and graduation process for students. The incumbent must make decisions, participate in communicating information, and requesting documents in order to complete registrations and maintain accurate student records. As a subject matter expert on registration, student record progression, and graduate validation, the incumbent registers and graduates students for an assigned portfolio of academic programs. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for students in order to support the College in meeting its retention targets. The incumbent helps to realize enrolment and retention goals by ensuring timely registration, accurate course loads, strong communication, and effective relationships with students and program coordinators. The incumbent supports process improvements within processing and schedules, and hosts debrief and review meetings with their academic coordinators every semester. This role is also responsible for overseeing all Specialty RO functions (admissions, registration, and graduation) for on-shore and off-shore College partnerships and specialty programs (apprenticeships, corporate training, and more).

Required Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) year diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration or related field;

Minimum of three (3) years experience in a progressive office, service area or in a business office setting;

Experience in a student service environment or Registrar's Office preferred.

Experience using Salesforce and a Student Information System preferred.
