Job Summary

Aspire Vision Group, a Canadian eyewear manufacturer, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Eastern Ontario. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth through effective account management, exceptional customer service, and strategic business development. This role requires a proactive approach to identify market opportunities and build lasting relationships with optical practices. A background in eyewear or optical sales is preferred, along with excellent communication skills in English.

Duties

Identify and engage new B2B clients, specifically optical practices and retailers in Eastern Ontario

Build and maintain relationships with optical practice owners, optometrists, and procurement managers

Promote Aspire Vision Group’s line of high-quality eyewear, including eyewear frames and sunglasses

Attend client meetings, present product samples and promote marketing materials

Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare pricing quotes

Achieve sales targets by closing high-value deals

Attend trade shows, industry events, and client site visits as needed

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience in optical or other related industry

Experience working with optometrists, optical retailers

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits within Eastern Ontario

Proficiency in English
