About the Role
The Paid Media Coordinator will report to the Senior Paid Media Manager. They will be joining a growing digital team that boasts expertise across SEO, content marketing, social and paid media marketing. We thrive on delivering incremental performance growth, in a fast-paced, agile work environment. This position is full-time and we’re looking to fill it (with someone great), as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate has experience managing digital campaigns across search, display and paid social, from keyword/targeting research to campaign setup, and through continuous optimization and reporting. They will work closely under our (awesome!) paid media team, and benefit from many learning opportunities to grow and strengthen their craft. The individual will be a self-starter, detail-oriented and passionate about performance.

Our office is located at 14 Birch Avenue, in the Summerhill area of midtown Toronto, but we’ve mostly been working from home/remotely since March 2020. Since it became safe to return to the office, we have implemented a Flexible Work Options Policy that gives our team a desirable balance between primarily working from home, with the option for collaborative time in the office.
We host four annual on-site all-staff days each calendar year, but there may also be occasions where your presence is needed in-person for client or planning meetings. Ontario residents will be prioritized for this role.
Technical Requirements (Must-haves)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, with experience managing ad accounts in TikTok, X, Amazon Ads and Pinterest being a nice-to-have
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads: Search and Display. (Bonus: experience with Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing reports in Google Looker Studio and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, or similar
- Experience presenting reports and explaining performance to clients
- Experience crafting search and display ad copy
- Experience with user experience and conversion optimization
Nice-to-haves
- Google Certification in Search, Display, Shopping and Google Analytics 4
- Experience working within a fast-paced agency environment
- Experience with WordPress CMS at a user level
- Familiarity with social media & online reputation management
- Copywriting skills
- Basic graphic design skills
- Basic HTML, CSS and JS skills

- Excellent writing, communication, customer service, reporting and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: consistent demonstration of diplomacy and decisiveness; strong problem-solving skills; attention-to-detail and accuracy; proven budget management skills
