About the role
We are looking for a career orientated, responsible and reliable dedicated team player to join our office. The perfect candidate would be invested in learning all of the complexities of the travel industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking travel assistance

Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities

Offering recommendations and advice based on client preferences and budget

Researching and staying up-to-date on travel destinations, attractions, and industry trends
-
Handling inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to travel bookings
-
Collaborating with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients
-
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and bookings
-
Confidentiality and file management/accounting
Skills:
- Strong sales and/or administrative skills
- Excellent hospitality skills to provide a positive and personalized experience for clients
- Exceptional customer service skills to address client needs and concerns
- Knowledge of hotels, resorts, and other accommodations to make appropriate recommendations
- Proficient in using computers and ability to learn Marlin Travel booking platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
