Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking travel assistance

• Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities

• Offering recommendations and advice based on client preferences and budget

• Researching and staying up-to-date on travel destinations, attractions, and industry trends

• Handling inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to travel bookings

• Collaborating with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and bookings

• Confidentiality and file management/accounting

Skills:

• Strong sales and/or administrative skills
• Excellent hospitality skills to provide a positive and personalized experience for clients
• Exceptional customer service skills to address client needs and concerns
• Knowledge of hotels, resorts, and other accommodations to make appropriate recommendations
• Proficient in using computers and ability to learn Marlin Travel booking platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
