South Pointe Toyota is seeking a full-time experienced Parts Advisor. As one of the faces of the Parts Department, your main responsibilities will be helping technicians and customers, internal and external, in person, over the phone and via email. You will become the go to person for the parts business!

The ideal candidate will have above average knowledge of general automotive maintenance, repair and technology. Also, as a fast paced, high volume dealership the ability to multitask and be "on-the-go" is paramount.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and technicians with parts inquiries and orders.
• 2+ years of parts experience preferred
• Autobody parts knowledge an asset
• Proficient problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in high paced environment
• Commitment and professionalism
• Knowledge of Toyota Vehicles is an asset
• Team mentality and positive attitude
• Commitment to customer service
• Reynolds Ignite/ERA experience is an asset
