Job Title: Sales Representative – Atlantic Safety Wear Inc

Location: Montague, PE

Reports to: President / Director of Sales

Type: Full-Time-Permanent

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative to join the Atlantic Safety Wear team in this exciting, fast-growing business. Reporting to the Director of Sales and operating in a dynamic work environment, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and grow revenue by promoting Atlantic Safety Wear’s (ASW) trusted products, including Redland Footwear, our newly launched line of premium hiking and casual Canadian footwear, to customers across a variety of industries including construction, trades, outdoor and casual footwear.

You’ll represent ASW with professionalism and energy, quickly building rapport with customers and consistently meeting or exceeding your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Actively reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

  • Develop a deep knowledge of ASW’s safety gear and product lines, understanding their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Clearly communicate product pricing, new releases and seasonal promotions to customers.

  • Manage and process orders, documenting customer needs and interactions accurately.

  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.

  • Report customer insights, feedback, and market intelligence.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on brand events market research, and trade shows

  • Continuously grow product knowledge and sharpen sales techniques to provide tailored solutions for customers

  • Work with and grow sales/relationships of current ASW clientele.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates potential and drive.

  • Knowledge or experience in footwear, workwear and casual footwear is an asset.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

  • Results-driven and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft 365.

  • Willingness to travel within North America; must hold a valid driver’s license.
