- For assigned processes, participate in capital planning, investigate alternative equipment and process designs to support continuous improvement and prepare justifications, implement equipment/process change and evaluate results.
- Develop standard work, process maps and other required documents for assigned processes.
- Develop and perform qualification testing for products, raw materials and processes.
- Implement manufacturing processes for new and/or enhanced products as needed.
- Generate, update and complete A3's for project plans and complete RCCM's as required.
- Lead and participate in Kaizen events.
- Conduct standard work audits and support other audits within the facility.
