Why This Role is Important:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, In-store Operations & Compliance, the role will be responsible for working with external partners to manage sales programs, driving effective and efficient sales operations with a focus on optimizing scheduling, store coverage, compliance reporting and sales engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily communication and weekly execution of in-field sales compliance. Audit weekly results to test shop quality, analyze results and strategically identify areas with greater compliance risk.

  • Manage sales ambassador programs; identify risks, and drive action plans to improve ambassador sales compliance results.

  • Analyze and track WoW results, provide sales insights to support month end compliance and operational risk reporting.

  • Manage salesforce relationship as our book of record, ensuring accurate compliance, ambassador profile, survey, and report data is available. Identify issues within the platform, troubleshoot and implement resolutions, mitigate reporting/compliance issues.

  • Manage Salesforce change requests by gathering business requirements from partners, developing business and functional requirements, and performing user acceptance testing.

  • Oversight of the performance management framework execution (tracking and resolving complaints, complaint reconciliation, Medallia, and Mystery shop results.)

  • Outlier and fraud review processes, manage relationship between fraud and F2F channel, aiding in documentation and resolution based on investigation outcomes.

  • Supporting rep profile management (on/offboarding) between vendors, IT, and in field scheduling management with store operators.

  • Ad hoc support of the Field Operations Manager in site logistics, product/platform support, and technical field support.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in banking, payment industry, vendor management or call center oversight is a strong asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong report analytic skills
  • Collaborative nature, resourceful and capable of working in a team or independently
  • Problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills
  • Successful vendor management experience considered an asset
  • Ability to work independently in fast paced team environment.
  • Experience in balancing multiple projects, demonstrating adaptability, dedication and motivation to meet tight timelines and providing regular status reports on progress.
  • Proven track record of rapidly establishing relationships with internal and external partners and being a source of information and support for business partners.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to synthesize sophisticated information into accessible and significant business guidance
  • Ability to think strategically and provide comprehensive recommendations on business process improvements and other sales enablement activities

Additional Requirements

  • Salesforce and Medallia experience as a system administrator is an asset
