Main Responsibilities:

As a Registered Energy Advisor, you will conduct top-notch energy assessments in compliance with NRCan, Provincial, and utility company standards. Your role spans both the existing and new home industries.

• You'll lead your own marketing and sales efforts to foster long-lasting relationships and build your client base.
• Responsible for scheduling leads and managing your own calendar.
• Your exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in connecting with homeowners and contractors/builders, as you'll be their primary point of contact.
• Punctuality, thoroughness, and in-depth knowledge of energy assessments are crucial.
• You'll work independently with daily travel to various locations within the region to perform a full range of evaluation activities, including timely report preparation.

Who We're Seeking:

• Registered NRCan Energy Advisors (EnerGuide for Existing Homes and/or New Homes)
• Highly experienced with HOT2000 and field evaluations
• Certifications in ENERGYSTAR, Net Zero, and Built Green for New Home Construction
• A builder or renovator network is a strong and necessary asset
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven track record in meeting performance objectives and quality targets
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, motivated to excel daily
