**Job Duties:**Customer Service:
- Greet customers promptly with a warm greeting and ensure first-class customer service at all times.
Loading and Unloading:
- Assist contractors/customers with loading and unloading vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Yard Maintenance:
- Keep the yard, sheds, and special-order area in a clean and presentable appearance.
Product Handling:
- Verify returned products by checking customer return slips, ensuring product integrity, and accuracy of product count.
- Support inventory control with accurate documentation and reporting of damaged products.
Financial Transactions:
- Ensure all products leaving the yard have been invoiced and/or paid for.
- Verify correctness and update product codes as necessary.
Assistance with Deliveries:
- Accompany Delivery Truck Drivers and assist with deliveries as required.
Stock Management:
- Assist in putting away received products and monitor/replenish merchandise from overstock as needed.
Safety and Compliance:
- Maintain a safe working environment by promptly informing management of any concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
Additional Duties:
- Assembly of product
- Cutting wood
- Forklift operations
