The Opportunity
The Infrastructure Technology Delivery Analyst plays a critical role in designing, configuring, and implementing technologies across Chartwell’s distributed sites through capital IT projects. This role requires strong networking expertise, particularly with Cisco products, and a solid understanding of servers, routers, desktops, Aruba wireless, security cameras, access control, and telephony technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with the project business analyst, be responsible for implementing infrastructure solutions, conducting site surveys, and providing post-deployment support—all while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
What You’ll Do
- Implement technology solutions in Chartwell residences following established standards.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches and networking equipment.
- Design and configure Wi-Fi networks, preferably using Aruba hardware and tools.
- Collaborate with teams, vendors, and third-party suppliers to coordinate rollout activities.
- Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories.
- Participate in design, build, and test phases of technology projects.
- Create and maintain site survey documentation and as-built documentation for all deployed technologies.
- Research and recommend hardware/software solutions as needed.
- Minimize operational disruptions during on-site activities.
- Support and troubleshoot Cisco and Avaya VoIP telephony systems.
- Experience with Emergency Help Call Systems or similar healthcare alerting systems is a strong asset.
What You’ll Bring
Experience:
- 7–10 years of progressive IT experience in a multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and Cisco technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco switch configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience designing and configuring enterprise Wi-Fi networks (preferably Aruba/Ekahau).
- Knowledge of wireless technologies, telephony, and VoIP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting methodologies and solution delivery experience.
Education & Certifications:
- University or college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- CCNA certification is required or equivalent hands-on Cisco experience.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an asset, but not required.

Additional Requirements
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must hold a valid provincial driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Travel (60–70%) across Canada (ON, QC, AB, BC)
- Preference would be Ontario local
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as required
- Adherence to corporate policies, naming conventions, and change management protocols
- Consultation with the IT Security Analyst to ensure compliance with security controls
