Role Description
This is a contract role for Cruise & Travel Consultants at Expedia Expedia Cruises. The position is based on-site in South Surrey, BC. As a Cruise & Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and handling customer reservations. You will interact directly with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences, and to offer them suitable travel options and packages. Day-to-day tasks will include planning and booking travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for all clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
- Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred
- Relevant certifications in travel and tourism are a plus
