Marketing Coordinator, Online Retail Working in the dynamic environment of Four Seasons global headquarters, the Marketing Coordinator, Online Retail will be an integral member of the world-class team that drives marketing and strategy for one of the world’s leading luxury hospitality brands.

The successful candidate will provide support for all sales, marketing and creative related aspects of the online retail platform and will help to drive the overall retail business, ensuring all processes run efficiently and effectively. They will be responsible for the production and coordination of a variety of marketing and creative related projects.

The position requires a solid understanding of marketing principles, experience in the retail industry or CPG considered an asset. The successful candidate will coordinate the overall marketing calendar and follow up on the design, production and distribution of a variety of projects. They will establish timelines as well as work closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely roll out of projects. The successful candidate is an excellent project coordinator who is comfortable driving execution across a cross-functional team by creating alignment across a broad range of stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing Overall Business Support

  • Overall business support, input and ideas to generate retail growth.
  • Coordinate overall business product, marketing, and pricing positioning.
  • Conduct competitive and industry analysis (product, pricing, user experience).
  • Provide sales and marketing support for Online Retail.
  • Coordination of meetings with agencies and stakeholders.
  • General project management.
  • Other duties as required.

Marketing

  • Manage the overall marketing and go-to-marketing calendar.
  • Manage development and execution of all marketing tactics: including paid, CRM, site updates, promotions, PRSM, and creative development.
  • Manage media strategies and media creative briefs.
  • Lead development of seasonal campaign creative and copy across email, paid, organic, and site.
  • Manage strategic feedback and coordinate creative review cycles and feedback to partners/agencies.
  • Asset management (marketing rights/usage).
  • Coordination of photoshoots and asset creation.
  • Coordination of sample requests and product shipments for marketing initiatives.
  • Keep key stakeholders abreast of upcoming marketing activities and product availability.
  • Support planning process.

Ecommerce

  • Coordinate website reviews and seasonal product updates to the website.

Analytics/Financials

  • Support annual sales forecasting.
  • Maintain ongoing weekly/monthly sales reporting.
  • Maintain marketing budget.
  • Support development of strategic recommendations.
  • Submit invoices to finance with appropriate approvals.
  • Maintain invoice tracker.
  • Maintain SKU/pricing files.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Assist with ad hoc customer service inquiries and last mile delivery as needed (inquiries beyond scope of dedicated customer service reps).

What You Bring

  • College or University degree, preferably in a business or marketing or ecommerce program.
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in a marketing, ecommerce or agency role preferred.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principals, CRM, paid media, content strategy execution.
  • Experience with luxury and/or global retail brands an asset.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint mandatory.
  • Experience with Shopify, Adobe Analytics and Google analytics an asset.
  • Knowledge of business and marketing practices highly desirable.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario
