The Role:
The Manager, Finance & Administration is a hands-on, leadership-level role responsible for managing and actively participating in the daily financial and administrative functions across Faction Projects Inc.’s vertically integrated business units — Development Management, Architecture + Planning, and Construction Management — as well as related project entities including holding companies, general partnerships (GPs), and limited partnerships (LPs) within the company’s development program.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Finance & Administration and is expected to lead by example, directly performing critical day-to-day work while also supervising and mentoring a small team of finance and administrative professionals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

The Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and administrative experience, ideally in real estate development, construction, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple entities and projects with complex organizational structures.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance; CPA designation or progression toward CPA is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
