About the role
Inner City Diesel Ltd. (ICD) is excited to announce we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The coordinators duties and responsibilities include supporting the efficient day to day business operations through a variety of high-level administrative tasks related to overall daily organization, record keeping, and data collection of time sensitive and confidential material.
The successful candidate will be working a 6 on 6 off rotation and MUST BE local to Fort McMurray, AB. This is NOT a hybrid or remote role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing contracts, quotes, deliverables, finances, budgets, scheduling, and timesheets by maintaining spreadsheets and tracking systems. Focus on project deliverables, client spending, PO levels, and internal billing processes using various software.
- Gathering, Organizing, and inputting Field Repair LEMs into service report data sheet to be used for estimates, work orders, invoicing, equipment tracking and payroll time entry.
- Assist with Tracking and ordering parts and inventory when required in coordination with Site Manager and mechanics.
- Ensure all personnel have site access for each project/client work site and work with training coordinator for badging & training
- Book client provided flights and client provided camp
- Assist projects team as required with RFI’s and RFP’s
- Order stationery and office supplies as required.
- Attending meetings, producing agendas, taking meeting minutes and sharing with attendees
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a closely related job capacity.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The successful candidate should be familiar with fundamental functions such as document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation development using these Microsoft programs.
- Must have own form of transportation to and from work (public transit not available )
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certificate in Office or business administration an asset.
