Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for some of our most valuable customers. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing multiple high-value accounts, helping clients optimize their outreach campaigns, and offering strategic support on deliverability, copywriting, and campaign structure. You’ll also collaborate closely with our product and support teams to ensure our clients get maximum value from Instantly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing high-value clients in a SaaS or lead generation environment
- Deep understanding of cold email strategy, deliverability, and list segmentation
- Hands-on experience using Instantly or similar cold outreach platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and provide insights
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with a high level of organization
- Full-time availability and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Previous agency or outbound sales experience is a plus
