As Xradar’s Junior Estimator, you will make an impact on our organization by producing cost estimates for Xradar’s clients. You will often be the first line of enquiry for clients who are looking to receive a price for one of our services. You will answer client queries & inquiries in a timely & professional manner. You will be a key member of our Customer Service Team & play a pivotal role in the day to day operations of the company.
As a Junior Estimator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering the phone & engage clients around their estimate request
- Managing the estimating inbox, responding to all inquiries in a timely fashion
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions to best help our clients.
- Setting realistic expectations with clients
- Using Zoho to produce detailed quotes for clients.
- Follow-up on all sent quotes
- Update & maintain accurate & quoting resources
- Reviewing bid platforms for suitable jobs to bid on, conduct outreach with potential bidders to confirm their intent & scope of work.
On your resume, we will be looking for the following:
- 1-2 years of estimating experience, or other relevant client-engaging role
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, client engagement, estimating
- Highly proficient computer skills including comfort with G-Suite, web-based applications, Zoho and MS Office Suite.
During the interview process, we will be looking for:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: You will have to communicate clearly, be inquisitive with clients, know when to listen & be diligent in your data entry for job bookings. Tell us how you fit this profile.

- How have you solved issues with aggrieved clients in the past?
