Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Halton Hills, ON. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and providing training on product knowledge. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with product selection, managing sales transactions, maintaining store displays, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaborating with the team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Ability to train and develop team members in product knowledge and sales techniques
- Proficiency in managing sales transactions and store operations
- High level of motivation and a passion for working in a team-oriented environment
- Relevant experience in the retail or luxury goods sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or retail management are a plus
