JOB DESCRIPTION
Oakview Capital Inc. is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative to add to its team. In this newly created role, this professional will sell investment products to high-net worth, accredited investors.
Prospective candidates will have the opportunity to join a lean, but growing, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative team focused on commercial real estate investing. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, who has experience building relationships with high-net worth investors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Experience selling investment products to high-net worth individuals
- Deliver the full breadth of Oakview Capital Inc.'s alternative investment capability to investors and provide ongoing product support, as well as education on new and upcoming real estate investment opportunities
- Create positive relationships with new, current and past investors within the investor community
- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework leading to increased stable of high-net-worth investors
- Help drive Oakview Capital Inc.'s mission of delivering innovative real estate investment solutions, with exceptional service, to high-net worth, accredited investors
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in wealth management, or as a partner with an accounting or law firm
- Network of present and/or past accredited investor clients
- Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work closely and communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Creative thinker with strong relationship building, sales and business skills
- Detail‐oriented, quality and time conscious, and able to multi‐task in a fast‐paced and highly responsive environment
- Possess a high level of intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously add to his/her knowledge base
- Have the highest level of integrity and professionalism
