Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires a passion for food, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes meet our standards of excellence.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Handle food products with care, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in Turkish/ Middle Eastern food preparation or cooking in a Turkish/ Middle Eastern restaurant setting is preferred. Not Mandatory
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
