Position Summary
The Account Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth by re-engaging inactive clients and securing new business opportunities. This is a consultative, needs-based sales role that involves promoting the full suite of Carbon Graphics Group’s products and services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and passionate about developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconnect with inactive accounts and reintroduce CGG as their preferred print and signage partner
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities locally and nationally
- Convert new leads into long-term, high-value client accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including contact information, activities, and next steps
- Log a minimum of 30 meaningful client touchpoints per day
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to leadership
- Build trusted, profitable relationships at all levels within client organizations
- Uphold a professional image in all communications and client interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and B2B sales
- Strong account management and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting performance metrics

Pay: $37,500.00-$65,000.00 per year
